
HR Data & Reporting Analyst
Veolia North America seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Data & Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining standard and ad hoc reports to drive strategic decisions related to our HR operations. The ideal person for this role will have a strong background in data and analytics, and be comfortable working with large datasets.The HR Data & Reporting Analyst should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business or Human Resources and at least two years of experience working with HR data and analytics. Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is essential. This individual must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports to drive strategic decisions related to HR operations.
- Analyze large datasets to generate meaningful insights.
- Utilize HR systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to generate reports.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to develop solutions for HR operations.
- Communicate effectively with HR and other departments on the creation and implementation of data-driven solutions.
- Manage and update HR data and information as needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to HR data management.
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices related to HR data and analytics.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop reports and present findings to management.
