Veolia North America is looking for an exceptional Financial Analyst - FP&A to join our team! We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and who is passionate about driving business impact through financial insights. In this role, you will be a key member of our Finance team, making a direct impact on the success of our business. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in finance or accounting, at least 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role, excellent understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements, and advanced analytical skills. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau) and financial modeling software (such as Excel) is a plus. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models to track and monitor key performance indicators
Analyze financial data and create meaningful reports to drive business decision-making
Monitor and review financial performance and identify trends and areas of improvement
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for cost-savings and efficiency improvements
Utilize data visualization tools (Tableau) and financial modeling software (Excel) to create comprehensive reports and dashboards
Stay up to date on industry trends and financial regulations.
