Veolia North America is looking for a forward-thinking, creative, and passionate Employment Brand & Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for leading the development and execution of the Veolia Employment Brand and Recruitment Marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and experienced professional with a proven track record of developing and executing effective strategies for recruitment marketing and employer branding. We are looking for someone who has a Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of five years of experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding. A knowledge of current trends in recruitment marketing and employer branding, innovative approaches to recruitment marketing, and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, is also required. The successful candidate must be a creative, results-driven leader and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Employment Brand and Recruitment Marketing strategy for Veolia North America.
- Lead creative thinking and development of recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment marketing and employer branding trends.
- Optimize recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Develop digital marketing plans, content, and campaigns across multiple digital platforms, such as LinkedIn.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform strategy and assess performance of recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Manage budget, track ROI, and analyze costs of recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts.
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
- Monitor and respond to competitor activity in the recruitment marketing and employer branding space.
