The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management and administration, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, and leading the negotiation and execution of new contracts.The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong background in contract management. Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of contract management and administration, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
Lead the negotiation and execution of new contracts.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Create contracts with clear and concise terms.
Monitor and track contractual obligations and deliverables.
Resolve disputes and conflicts that arise from contract management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service.
Develop and implement strategies for effective contract management and administration.
