HR Supervisor

Supervises the Emergency Action and Medical Team (EAMT) and primary responsibilities include evacuation/execution plans, project deliverables and tracking of metrics. Primary oversight activities include the tracking of Fit for Duty requirements for Annual and yearly Renewals, medical technical evaluations and creation of the scope of work for medical vendor for LOGCAP V. Handling all Medical evacuations for each CENTCOM and PACOM AOR’s by tracking status on progress and coordinating with Medical Evacuation Vendor from start to end of each action. Coordinates with Senior Leaders on briefings to ensure leadership is aware of each step being taken and expected costs. Development of work flow processes/procedures for the stand-up of the EAMT section which include Medical SOW development for CONUS, OCONUS and remote medical requirements. In coordination with appropriate team members ensure proper notifications/actions are taken in the event of a serious injury/illness or death to the Next of Kin. Handling, resolving DBA claims for the appropriate COCOM’s. Ensures human resources strategies for the EAM team align with the organizational business goals.
