- Develop and implement user experience strategies for Vanguard's Transfer Agency team to enhance client interactions and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors, and use insights to inform UX strategy and design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience across all digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and proactively make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and techniques into Vanguard's digital platforms.
- Conduct regular usability testing and gather feedback from clients to identify pain points and areas for improvement, and use this information to inform future UX strategies.
- Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other UX deliverables to guide the development of user-centric digital experiences.
- Act as a champion for user experience within the organization, advocating for user-centered design principles and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a consistent and positive user experience across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of UX initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Extensive Experience In User Experience Design And Strategy: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design And Strategy, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful User-Centered Solutions.
