1. Develop and implement user experience strategies for our Transfer Agency, with a focus on improving the overall client experience.

14. Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges in the UX process, and collaborate with team members to find solutions.
15. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the UX team.
