- Develop and implement effective training programs for employees, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Identify training needs within the organization and create training plans to address those needs.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing employees, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.
- Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to develop training materials and resources.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Work closely with the HR department to ensure training programs align with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support the company's business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges and opportunities.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and support planning initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic plans, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for planning initiatives.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to share updates and insights on training and planning efforts.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of training programs and planning initiatives.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate training and planning processes within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theories.
Excellent Communication And Facilitation Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Engaging Manner.
Experience In Project Management And Strategic Planning, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks.
