  1. Develop and implement effective training programs for employees, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
  2. Identify training needs within the organization and create training plans to address those needs.
  3. Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing employees, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.
  4. Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to develop training materials and resources.
  5. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  7. Work closely with the HR department to ensure training programs align with company policies and procedures.
  8. Develop and implement strategic plans to support the company's business objectives.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges and opportunities.
  10. Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and support planning initiatives.
  11. Monitor and report on the progress of strategic plans, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for planning initiatives.
  13. Participate in meetings and presentations to share updates and insights on training and planning efforts.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized records of training programs and planning initiatives.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate training and planning processes within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theories.

  • Excellent Communication And Facilitation Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Engaging Manner.

  • Experience In Project Management And Strategic Planning, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks.
