  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Windows systems at Vanguard.
  2. Lead a team of IT professionals and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  3. Collaborate with other departments, such as network and security, to maintain a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.
  4. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address any issues or concerns.
  5. Develop and implement best practices for Windows operations to optimize system performance and minimize downtime.
  6. Manage and prioritize projects and tasks for the Windows Operations team, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Windows operations to continuously improve Vanguard's IT infrastructure.
  8. Monitor and manage system updates and patches, ensuring they are applied in a timely manner and do not disrupt operations.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Windows systems.
  10. Develop and maintain documentation for all Windows systems and processes.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality support for Windows systems.
  13. Collaborate with other team leads and senior management to develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the Windows Operations team.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to Windows operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Windows System Administration And Operations, Including Experience With Windows Server, Active Directory, And Group Policy.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Team Lead Or Supervisory Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Itil Best Practices And Experience Implementing Itil Processes In A Large-Scale Organization.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Delivering Large-Scale Projects And Initiatives Within A Windows Operations Environment.
