Team Lead, Windows Operations

At Vanguard, we are looking for a driven and experienced Windows Operations Team Lead to join our dynamic IT team. This person will be a key leader in our organization, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Windows environment and leveraging their deep technical expertise to ensure the highest level of service and support to our internal customers.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Windows Systems Administrator position as well as experience managing and leading a team. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to develop and mentor a team of Windows System Administrators.This position requires strong technical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of taking ownership and leading initiatives and projects to successful completion. Additionally, the Windows Operations Team Lead must be able to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems.We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can think both analytically and strategically and who is eager to join a team of experienced professionals.
