  1. Design and develop innovative solutions using the ServiceNow HRSD platform to improve HR service delivery processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing recommendations on how to leverage ServiceNow HRSD to meet their requirements.
  4. Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, including scoping, design, development, testing, and implementation.
  5. Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow HRSD enhancements and new features, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Conduct system integration testing and ensure a smooth transition of new processes and features into production.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD, providing timely and effective solutions.
  8. Train and support end-users on how to utilize the ServiceNow HRSD platform effectively.
  9. Collaborate with other ServiceNow Architects to ensure consistency and compatibility across all ServiceNow modules.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze HRSD processes and metrics to identify areas for optimization and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow HRSD platform, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation of HRSD processes, configurations, and changes.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Servicenow Development And Implementation, With A Focus On Hr Service Delivery.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Workflows, Particularly In The Areas Of Employee Onboarding, Offboarding, And Case Management.

  • Servicenow Hrsd Certification Or Equivalent Experience In Configuring And Customizing Hrsd Modules.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex Servicenow Hrsd Projects, Including Integration With Other Enterprise Systems.
