  1. Develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone for Vanguard's digital products and services, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for clients.
  2. Write clear, concise, and engaging copy that guides and informs clients in achieving their financial goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure a cohesive and effective user experience.
  4. Conduct research and gather insights to inform UX writing decisions and continuously improve the user journey.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in UX writing and incorporate them into Vanguard's digital products.
  6. Mentor and provide guidance to junior UX writers, ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency in all written content.
  7. Work closely with product managers to understand business objectives and translate them into clear and effective messaging.
  8. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon UX writing for Vanguard's digital products.
  9. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all written content meets regulatory requirements.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Vanguard, ensuring all written content reflects the company's values and brand voice.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Ux Writing: A Senior Ux Writer At Vanguard Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Ux Writing, With A Proven Track Record Of Creating Successful And User-Friendly Content For Digital Products.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ux Design Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ux Design Principles And How They Can Be Applied To Create A Seamless And Intuitive User Experience.
