  1. Lead the development and implementation of agile methodologies within the technology team.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of solutions.
  3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on agile processes and best practices.
  4. Act as a mentor and coach for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
  6. Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to promote team collaboration and progress.
  7. Identify and address any roadblocks or issues that may impede the team's progress.
  8. Communicate project status, risks, and potential impacts to stakeholders.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve agile processes to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in agile methodologies.
  11. Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and encourages growth.
  13. Serve as a point of escalation for any technical issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  14. Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
  15. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Agile Methodologies And Scrum Framework, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience As A Scrum Master Or Agile Coach.

  • Strong Technical Background And Expertise In Software Development, With A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Technical Projects, Including The Ability To Coach And Mentor Team Members To Ensure Project Success.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Deep Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Including Knowledge Of Investment Management, Financial Planning, And/Or Retirement Planning. Previous Experience In A Similar Role Within The Financial Services Industry Is Highly Preferred.
