- Serve as a point of escalation for any technical issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Extensive Experience In Agile Methodologies And Scrum Framework, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience As A Scrum Master Or Agile Coach.
Strong Technical Background And Expertise In Software Development, With A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Technical Projects, Including The Ability To Coach And Mentor Team Members To Ensure Project Success.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Deep Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Including Knowledge Of Investment Management, Financial Planning, And/Or Retirement Planning. Previous Experience In A Similar Role Within The Financial Services Industry Is Highly Preferred.
