Senior Technical Project Manager

Vanguard is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to help drive our development initiatives and ensure successful completion of projects. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be in a key role to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. An understanding of agile project management methodology and software development lifecycle is essential. The successful candidate will be able to think strategically and understand the big picture, while also having the ability to take initiative and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute project plans to ensure successful completion of projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
2. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
3. Lead project teams and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects.
4. Utilize agile project management methodology to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
5. Develop and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and project dashboard.
6. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve project issues, and report progress to stakeholders.
7. Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
8. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders.
9. Manage relationships with external partners.
10. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
