- Conduct risk assessments: The Senior Risk and Technology Advisory Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization.
- Analyze complex situations: This role will require the ability to analyze complex situations and identify potential risk factors, as well as provide strategic recommendations for mitigating those risks.
- Advise on risk management strategies: The Senior Risk and Technology Advisory Analyst will be responsible for providing guidance and recommendations on effective risk management strategies, incorporating technology solutions where applicable.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: It will be the responsibility of this role to stay informed on the latest trends and developments in risk management and technology, and apply this knowledge to the organization's risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Senior Risk and Technology Advisory Analyst will work closely with other teams, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to risk management.
- Develop risk management policies and procedures: This role will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures, in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations: The Senior Risk and Technology Advisory Analyst will be responsible for effectively communicating risk assessment findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Train and educate employees: This role will play a key role in training and educating employees on risk management policies and procedures, as well as promoting a risk-aware culture within the organization.
- Monitor and report on risk metrics: The Senior Risk and Technology Advisory Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key risk metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement: This role will continuously evaluate and improve the organization's risk management processes, incorporating new technologies and methodologies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Risk Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Analysis And Technology Consulting, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Risk Management Principles, Frameworks, And Regulations, Such As Coso, Iso 27001, And Gdpr.
Proven Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments, Identifying Potential Vulnerabilities, And Implementing Risk Mitigation Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
