  1. Design and implement network security solutions to protect the company's network infrastructure from potential threats.
  2. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential risks and address them in a timely manner.
  3. Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Monitor network traffic and analyze security logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and provide guidance on security-related issues.
  6. Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends, and proactively make recommendations for enhancing network security.
  7. Manage and maintain network security devices, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and virtual private networks.
  8. Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees to ensure a strong security culture across the organization.
  9. Participate in security audits and assist in the remediation of any identified vulnerabilities.
  10. Create and maintain network security documentation, including diagrams, procedures, and policies.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network security issues, working closely with other IT teams and external vendors.
  12. Mentor and provide guidance to junior network security engineers to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  13. Collaborate with third-party security vendors to evaluate and implement new security technologies and tools.
  14. Participate in on-call rotation to respond to network security incidents and emergencies outside of regular business hours.
  15. Conduct regular risk assessments and make recommendations for mitigating identified risks.
