They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Issues Related To Mac Endpoints And Provide Support To End-Users.
Proficiency In Endpoint Management Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Working Knowledge Of Endpoint Management Tools Such As Jamf Pro, Airwatch, Or Casper. They Should Be Able To Effectively Manage And Maintain A Large Number Of Mac Endpoints Across The Organization.
Knowledge Of Networking And Security Principles: A Senior Mac Endpoint Engineer At Vanguard Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Networking And Security Principles, Including Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, Firewalls, And Vpns. They Should Be Able To Configure And Troubleshoot Network Connectivity For Mac Endpoints.
