Experience In Drafting Legal Documents And Contracts: Vanguard's Senior Legal Analysts Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Drafting Legal Documents And Contracts With Accuracy And Attention To Detail. This Includes Trust Agreements, Distribution Agreements, And Other Legal Documents Related To Trust Administration.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Legal Analyst, The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Clients, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders Is Crucial. Candidates Should Demonstrate Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Positive Working Relationships.
