  1. Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support key business decisions.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track company performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze financial trends and provide insights and recommendations.
  4. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial KPIs to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and initiatives to drive company growth and profitability.
  7. Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from budget and forecast.
  8. Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and economic factors that may impact the company’s financial performance.
  10. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial analysis.
  11. Collaborate with accounting and other teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  12. Mentor and train junior analysts on financial analysis best practices and tools.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and competitive landscape.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Fp&A Roles.

  • Advanced Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Planning And Forecasting Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Finance Stakeholders.
