- Conduct financial planning and analysis to support Vanguard's mission of providing fair treatment and success for all investors.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform and influence business decisions at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Identify key performance indicators and develop metrics to measure and monitor financial performance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and present findings to senior leadership to inform strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
- Conduct scenario analysis and provide recommendations on potential risks and opportunities to drive business success.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to inform financial planning and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis.
- Mentor and support junior analysts in developing their financial analysis skills and knowledge of Vanguard's mission and values.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In The Investment Management Industry.
Advanced Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Data Analysis Using Excel And Other Financial Software.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Concepts And The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Financial Information To Various Stakeholders.
