  1. Design and develop full stack applications using AWS technologies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
  3. Lead and mentor junior engineers to ensure high-quality and efficient project delivery.
  4. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  5. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in AWS and full stack development to drive innovation within the company.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  7. Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
  9. Participate in the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
  10. Continuously improve existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical designs.
  12. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  13. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  14. Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Aws: A Senior Engineer - Full Stack And Aws At Vanguard Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Aws Services And Architecture. This Includes Experience With Ec2, S3, Lambda, And Other Key Aws Components.

  • Full Stack Development Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Full Stack Development, With Proficiency In Front-End Technologies Such As Html, Css, And Javascript, As Well As Back-End Technologies Like Java, Python, Or Node.js.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Engineer, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience Leading And Managing Projects, As Well As Mentoring And Guiding Junior Team Members.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Abilities: In This Role, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Solving Complex Technical Problems. They Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And The Ability To Troubleshoot Issues Efficiently.

  • Continuous Learning And Adaptability: The Candidate Should Have A Passion For Continuous Learning And Staying Updated With The Latest Technologies And Industry Trends. They Should Also Be Able To Adapt To Changing Requirements And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
