  1. Develop and implement comprehensive compliance strategies and policies to ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and ethical standards across the company.
  2. Oversee and lead a team of compliance professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of compliance programs.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to assess and mitigate compliance risks and provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any potential compliance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Keep up-to-date with all regulatory changes and emerging compliance trends and communicate relevant information to key stakeholders.
  6. Foster a culture of compliance within the company by promoting ethical behavior and ensuring all employees are aware of their compliance responsibilities.
  7. Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees at all levels to increase awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
  8. Review and approve marketing materials, contracts, and other company communications to ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  9. Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors and manage all compliance-related inquiries and investigations.
  10. Regularly report on compliance activities and results to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  11. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  12. Maintain a strong knowledge of industry best practices and proactively identify opportunities to enhance compliance processes and procedures.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the compliance team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or Related Fields: The Senior Director Of Enterprise Compliance At Vanguard Should Have A Strong Background In Compliance And Risk Management, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In These Areas. This Will Ensure They Have A Deep Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Best Practices.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Financial Regulations And Standards: As A Leader In The Financial Services Industry, Vanguard Requires Its Senior Director Of Enterprise Compliance To Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of All Relevant Regulations And Standards, Such As Sec, Finra, And Cftc Rules.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Effective Compliance Programs. This Includes Experience With Risk Assessments, Policies And Procedures, Training, And Monitoring And Testing.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Director, This Role Will Involve Leading A Team And Collaborating With Various Departments Within The Company. Therefore, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage And Work With Others.

  • Ability To Think Strategically And Provide Innovative Solutions: Vanguard Is A Forward-Thinking Company, And The Senior Director Of Enterprise Compliance Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Provide Innovative Solutions To Complex Compliance Challenges. This Requires A Creative And Analytical Mindset, As Well As The Ability To Adapt To Changing Regulatory Environments.
