  1. Lead and mentor a cross-functional team in implementing Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  2. Coach and guide team members in understanding and embracing Scrum principles and practices.
  3. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and innovation within the team.
  4. Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  6. Identify and address any potential roadblocks or challenges that may impede project success.
  7. Facilitate team meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  8. Monitor and track team progress and ensure timely delivery of project goals.
  9. Evaluate and improve team processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Lead by example and motivate team members to continuously improve and grow.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies.
  12. Collaborate with other Scrum Leads and Agile coaches to share best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  13. Represent the team and promote Agile values and principles to internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support to team members.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on Scrum practices and provide guidance and support to other team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold A Current Certified Scrum Master (Csm) Certification From A Recognized Institution, Demonstrating Their Understanding Of Scrum Principles, Values, And Practices.

  • Extensive Agile Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In Agile Environments Is Essential, With A Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Scrum Teams.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Scrum Lead Chapter Lead, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members, Resolve Conflicts, And Facilitate Decision-Making Processes.

  • Technical Background: A Solid Technical Background Is Necessary For This Role, As The Scrum Lead Chapter Lead Will Be Responsible For Guiding The Team In Technical Decision-Making And Ensuring The Quality Of Deliverables.

  • Communication And Collaboration: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, As They Will Be Required To Work Closely With Multiple Stakeholders, Including Product Owners, Developers, And Other Team Members, To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
