Risk Analyst

We’re looking for ambitious Risk Analysts to join our team at Vanguard. As a Risk Analyst, you’ll be responsible for assessing and managing risk within our organization, and making sure that our investments are in line with our company's risk tolerance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is a strategic thinker, and is able to collaborate effectively with various teams. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in the field, as well as a degree in a related field, such as Finance, Economics, or Risk Management. Responsibilites:

1. Identify and assess risks associated with investments and other activities within the organization.
2. Develop strategies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with company risk tolerance.
3. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and areas of potential risk.
4. Monitor and review risk management policies and procedures.
5. Provide reports and updates to management on risk management activities.
6. Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective risk management.
7. Monitor and analyze the investment portfolio performance.
8. Develop and implement training and onboarding materials for new and existing staff on risk management.
9. Provide guidance and support to other departments on risk management.
10. Assist in the development of new risk management initiatives.
