Vanguard is looking for a Retirement Plan Specialist who is passionate about helping our clients achieve their retirement goals. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in retirement plan services, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of three years of experience in the retirement plan services industry, a thorough understanding of applicable regulations, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations related to retirement plan services.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to help them achieve their retirement goals.
  3. Perform complex calculations to determine plan eligibility and benefit levels.
  4. Provide guidance and support to clients regarding retirement plan options and services.
  5. Assist clients in the selection and implementation of retirement plan services.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
  7. Analyze and monitor plan performance and results.
  8. Monitor and track regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
  9. Prepare and present retirement plan updates and presentations to clients.
  10. Provide on-going education and guidance to clients regarding retirement plans.
