Retirement Plan Specialist

The Retirement Plan Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive client services, offering guidance, and providing support for retirement plan participants. Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive customer service and support to retirement plan participants.
2. Offer guidance and assistance to customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding their retirement plan.
3. Work closely with the Retirement Plan team to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and plan sponsors.
5. Gather and analyze customer data to identify trends and create strategies to improve customer service.
6. Monitor and review retirement plan investments to ensure compliance with regulations.
7. Provide education and information to customers regarding retirement planning.
8. Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to resolve customer issues or provide additional information.
9. Prepare reports and presentations for clients and management.
