As a Retirement Plan Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to plan sponsors and participants, ensuring that all plans are compliant with applicable regulations, and managing operational processes. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retirement plan regulations.
6. Troubleshoot any issues that arise.
7. Assist plan sponsors and participants with enrollment and other related topics.
8. Monitor plan performance and make recommendations for improvement.
9. Answer questions and provide guidance on financial matters.
10. Prepare and review documents related to retirement plans.
