5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vanguard’s products and services.
6. Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
7. Assist with the onboarding of new retirement plan clients.
8. Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and standards.
9. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve client issues.
10. Prepare reports and updates related to retirement plans.
