
Quantitative Researcher
We are looking for a highly motivated Quantitative Researcher to join our Vanguard team. The ideal candidate will have an established background in quantitative analytics and a passion for problem-solving and data-driven insights. The successful candidate will be a diligent individual with strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering impactful results.The Quantitative Researcher will be responsible for developing and executing quantitative solutions for a wide variety of financial and business problems. A successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of quantitative models, data analysis and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:• At least a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science• At least two years of experience in a quantitative role• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R and SQL• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau• Ability to work with large datasets• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teamsIf you are a passionate and committed Quantitative Researcher who can bring new ideas and insights to the table, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop quantitative solutions for a variety of financial and business problems.
- Design and execute data analysis to draw insights from large datasets.
- Utilize programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL to generate quantitative models.
- Generate data visualizations to present insights from quantitative models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of quantitative solutions.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in quantitative methods and techniques.
- Evaluate existing processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on quantitative solutions and analysis.
