Job Description

Vanguard is looking for a talented Quantitative Researcher to join our team and help us develop innovative solutions to enhance our products and services. This role requires fluency in mathematics, computer science, and economics/finance, plus the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights. The successful candidate will be passionate about their work and have an eye for detail.We’re looking for a candidate who has:• A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, and/or finance• At least 2 years of experience in quantitative research• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and interpretation• Proven ability to develop and implement quantitative models• Excellent problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIf you’re ready to take on an exciting and rewarding role at Vanguard, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Use mathematics, computer science, and economics/finance to develop innovative solutions to enhance Vanguard's products and services.
  2. Transform complex data into meaningful insights.
  3. Develop and implement quantitative models.
  4. Solve complex problems.
  5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and analyze industry trends and changes.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
