8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software development and quality assurance practices, and make suggestions for implementing new tools and techniques.
9. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance processes and procedures to promote a culture of quality excellence.
10. Proactively communicate any potential risks or issues related to product quality to stakeholders and provide solutions to mitigate them.
11. Continuously evaluate and improve current quality assurance processes to streamline and optimize testing efforts.
12. Participate in the development and maintenance of quality assurance documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reports.
13. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into the quality assurance process.
14. Take ownership of product quality and work towards achieving customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services.
