  1. Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance Vanguard's brand and reputation.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
  3. Create compelling and impactful messaging that effectively communicates Vanguard's mission, values, and services.
  4. Proactively identify and leverage media opportunities to promote Vanguard's products and services.
  5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and communication efforts.
  6. Monitor media coverage and proactively address any potential issues or crises.
  7. Identify and secure speaking opportunities, conferences, and events to showcase Vanguard's expertise and thought leadership.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop integrated campaigns.
  9. Develop and maintain a network of external partners and stakeholders to support Vanguard's public relations efforts.
  10. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities for Vanguard.
  11. Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
  12. Develop and manage budgets for public relations initiatives.
  13. Measure and report on the effectiveness of public relations campaigns and initiatives.
  14. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into Vanguard's public relations strategies.
  15. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Public Relations Or Communications Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Writing And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Craft And Deliver Key Messaging To Various Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Media Relations And Crisis Management Experience.
