  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience for Vanguard's products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and pain points, and translate them into actionable product features and enhancements.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and customer preferences.
  4. Create and maintain product roadmaps, outlining key milestones and timelines for product development and improvement.
  5. Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  6. Work closely with design and development teams to ensure that all product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  7. Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  9. Communicate product updates and progress to internal teams and stakeholders.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on customer experience best practices to other teams within the organization.
  11. Continuously assess and improve user experience across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, customer service, and marketing efforts.
  12. Stay updated on industry developments and customer feedback to identify potential new product opportunities.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop messaging and positioning for products and services.
  14. Monitor and stay within budget for product development and enhancements.
  15. Uphold Vanguard's core values and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Focus On Customer Experience Design.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products From Ideation To Market Release.

  • Strong Understanding Of User Experience Principles And Ability To Use Data And Insights To Drive Product Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams Such As Marketing, Design, And Engineering.
