Principal Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence

Vanguard is looking for a Principal Data Scientist – Artificial Intelligence to join our team and make a real difference to our organization. You will need to be a strategic and analytical thinker, with a strong foundation in Machine Learning algorithms and tools.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its related technologies, including Neural Networks and Natural Language Processing. You must be experienced in developing and deploying predictive models and have demonstrated success in building AI-driven products or services. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of data engineering and data management principles and be able to easily communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy predictive models using AI technologies such as Neural Networks and Natural Language Processing.
2. Analyze data to identify trends and develop insights that can be used to drive business value and innovation.
3. Research and evaluate new AI technologies and tools to enhance existing models and develop new ones.
4. Design and develop AI-driven products or services for clients.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of AI technologies.
6. Monitor performance and accuracy of AI models and suggest improvements.
7. Create technical documentation for AI models and products.
8. Train and mentor junior members of the team on AI technologies.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Artificial Intelligence.
