The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing portfolios and will bring a unique combination of technical and interpersonal skills to the team. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies to meet client objectives and will need to be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. This position offers excellent growth potential and a competitive compensation package.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field• 5+ years of portfolio management experience• Demonstrated knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio construction• Strong analytical and quantitative skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in MS Office applications
Responsibilities of the Portfolio Manager:
• Oversee and manage client portfolios to meet investment objectives • Develop and implement investment strategies and portfolio construction • Perform in-depth financial analysis, market research and quantitative modeling • Monitor investments and portfolios to identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities • Prepare and present portfolio performance reviews to clients • Develop and maintain relationships with clients • Stay informed of current market trends and developments • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on portfolio performance • Provide portfolio advice and recommendations to clients based on market research and analysis • Assist in the development of business strategies and objectives • Collaborate with other teams in the organization in order to ensure the success of projects and initiatives
