  1. Design and implement cutting-edge technology platforms that meet the needs of our organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure platform solutions align with business objectives.
  3. Maintain and continuously improve existing technology infrastructure to ensure it remains secure, scalable, and efficient.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  5. Research and evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption based on their potential impact on our platforms.
  6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including platform architecture, design, and deployment procedures.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improve our platforms.
  8. Mentor and train junior engineers to build a strong and capable team.
  9. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate new technologies into our platforms.
  10. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of platform solutions.
  11. Provide on-call support and participate in a rotational after-hours support schedule.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and compliance standards.
  13. Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues that could impact platform performance or stability.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  16. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on platform projects and initiatives.
  17. Collaborate with our business partners to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and solutions.
  18. Drive continuous improvement and automation efforts to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development Or Systems Engineering.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Experience With Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++.

  • Experience With Devops Practices And Tools Such As Docker, Kubernetes, And Jenkins.
