Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Non-Profit Management, Philanthropy, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Fundraising, Grant Writing, Or Development In The Non-Profit Sector.
Strong Understanding Of Fundraising Principles, Techniques, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Donors And Stakeholders.
