  1. Develop and implement philanthropic initiatives that align with the company's mission and values.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify areas of need and create targeted programs to address them.
  3. Research and analyze current philanthropic trends and best practices to ensure the company's initiatives are effective and impactful.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, community leaders, and individual donors.
  5. Manage the budget for philanthropic initiatives and ensure funds are allocated appropriately.
  6. Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns.
  7. Communicate and promote the company's philanthropic efforts to internal and external audiences.
  8. Monitor and track the success and impact of philanthropic programs, and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and ethical practices related to philanthropy.
  10. Train and support colleagues and volunteers in the company's philanthropic efforts.
  11. Maintain accurate records and reports of all philanthropic activities.
  12. Represent the company at philanthropy-related events and conferences.
  13. Continuously seek out new opportunities for the company to make a positive impact through philanthropy.
  14. Uphold the company's values and mission in all philanthropic endeavors.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Non-Profit Management, Philanthropy, Or Fundraising.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Philanthropy Or Fundraising, Preferably In A Non-Profit Organization.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Convey The Mission And Impact Of Vanguard's Philanthropic Initiatives.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Fundraising Campaigns And Events.

  • Knowledge Of The Philanthropic Landscape And Current Trends In Charitable Giving, With A Proven Track Record Of Securing Donations And Cultivating Relationships With Donors.
