Performance Analyst

Vanguard is looking for a talented and results-oriented Performance Analyst to join our team. This role requires a candidate with an eye for detail and excellent analytical skills to review and evaluate performance metrics and provide meaningful insights for continued improvement. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and collaborator, with a passion for data-driven decision making.To be successful in this role, applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a related field. A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered. Additionally, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in performance analysis, with a focus on data-driven solutions. Expertise in data analysis software (e.g. Excel, SPSS) is also required.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain performance metrics and reports to track progress.
2. Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to inform business decisions.
3. Develop processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance issues and opportunities.
5. Provide recommendations for continued improvement of performance.
6. Monitor and analyze trends in performance and suggest corrective actions.
7. Create presentations and documents to communicate results and insights.
8. Utilize data analysis software (e.g. Excel, SPSS) to generate reports.
