Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team at Vanguard. Our ideal candidate is a team player with strong problem-solving skills and great communication abilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of our operations, while also providing support to our customers.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to take initiative. They should also be able to work independently and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
