- Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to evaluate the potential impact of mergers and acquisitions on Vanguard's overall financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and strategy, to assess the strategic fit and potential risks associated with potential mergers and acquisitions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external parties, such as investment banks and other financial institutions, to source potential M&A opportunities.
- Support the due diligence process, including conducting site visits, reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with external advisors.
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of M&A transactions, including preparing deal documents and conducting valuation analyses.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for Vanguard's growth through mergers and acquisitions.
- Participate in post-merger integration activities, including coordinating with various teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful integration of acquired companies.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements throughout the M&A process.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Investment Banking, Private Equity, Or Corporate Development With A Focus On Mergers And Acquisitions.
Strong Financial Modeling And Valuation Skills, Including Proficiency In Excel And Financial Analysis Software.
Knowledge Of M&A Processes, Including Due Diligence, Deal Structuring, And Negotiation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Build Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
