  2. Develop financial models and perform valuation analysis to evaluate potential transactions.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams within Vanguard to gather necessary information and data for M&A activities.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact M&A decisions.
  5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  6. Assist in the due diligence process, including identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  7. Support the negotiation and execution of M&A deals, including drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  8. Monitor and track the progress of ongoing M&A transactions and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as investment banks and legal advisors.
  10. Continuously identify and recommend ways to improve M&A processes and strategies.
  11. Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards throughout all M&A activities.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on M&A best practices and industry standards.
  13. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support Vanguard's overall growth objectives.
  14. Stay well-informed on Vanguard's products, services, and competitors to provide strategic insights for potential M&A opportunities.
  15. Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to M&A activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Investment Banking, M&A, Or Corporate Finance.

  • Strong Analytical And Financial Modeling Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Mergers And Acquisitions Processes, Including Due Diligence, Valuations, And Deal Structuring.
