  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive personalization strategy for Vanguard's marketing technology platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key personalization initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  3. Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the customer experience and drive business results.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in MarTech and personalization to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.
  5. Partner with IT teams to ensure the successful integration and implementation of personalization technologies.
  6. Serve as the subject matter expert on personalization techniques and technologies, providing guidance and support to the marketing team.
  7. Monitor and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of personalization efforts and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  8. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute personalization initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to leverage their expertise and resources for personalization efforts.
  10. Communicate and present personalization strategies, initiatives, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  11. Ensure compliance with relevant privacy regulations and guidelines in all personalization efforts.
  12. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
  13. Identify and address any challenges or roadblocks in the personalization process, and develop solutions to overcome them.
  14. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of personalization efforts to new channels and customer segments.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Marketing Technology: The Ideal Candidate For A Martech – Personalization Product Owner Role At Vanguard Should Have A Strong Understanding And Experience In Managing Marketing Technology Systems, Such As Crm, Dmp, And Personalization Platforms.

  • Product Ownership Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Product Ownership Skills, Including Defining Product Vision, Creating Roadmaps, And Building And Prioritizing Product Backlogs.

  • Data Analysis And Interpretation: The Martech – Personalization Product Owner Should Have Proficiency In Data Analysis And Interpretation, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Product Decisions And Recommendations.
