  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy to support the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and design relevant learning programs.
  3. Conduct regular training needs assessments to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of learning programs.
  4. Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and job aids.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning programs on employee performance and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness.
  6. Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate them into the company's training initiatives.
  8. Lead a team of learning and development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of training programs.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by promoting and encouraging employee participation in training and development opportunities.
  10. Collaborate with HR colleagues to align learning and development initiatives with performance management, career development, and succession planning processes.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external training providers and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources.
  12. Regularly communicate with employees about learning and development opportunities and provide guidance on how to access and utilize them.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the design and delivery of learning and development programs.
  14. Drive innovation and identify new and creative ways to deliver training that meet the diverse learning needs of employees.
  15. Represent the company in industry events and conferences to promote our learning and development initiatives and share best practices with peers.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Designing And Delivering Learning And Development Programs, With A Minimum Of 5 Years In A Similar Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
