Manager - Fund Access Relationship Management

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure a positive client experience

• Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines while providing high-quality tailored solutions to clients

• Analyze quantitative data to provide insights and solutions to clients

• Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure Vanguard is compliant and providing the highest quality service

• Develop and implement strategies to improve client experience and satisfaction

• Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas of improvement

• Lead and mentor team members to ensure success

• Organize and facilitate team meetings, as well as client meetings and presentations

• Perform other duties as assigned
