Lead Data Loss Prevention Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) team, setting strategies and goals to ensure data security and compliance.
2. Monitor and analyze data security threats and breaches, identifying areas of improvement and developing mitigation strategies.
3. Develop and maintain DLP systems and protocols, including encryption, malware detection, and data integrity.
4. Maintain an understanding of applicable data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
5. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
6. Communicate with stakeholders across departments to ensure data security is maintained.
7. Monitor and report on data security risks and metrics.
8. Implement and maintain technical controls to protect data.
9. Respond to data security incidents in a timely manner.
10. Identify opportunities to improve data security processes and technologies.
