  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and provide data-driven solutions.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  5. Utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to create dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
  6. Conduct thorough research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to customer experience and data analytics.
  7. Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Develop and maintain data governance processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the overall customer experience.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to manage and maintain data infrastructure and systems.
  11. Monitor customer feedback and behavior metrics to identify areas for improvement and track the success of implemented strategies.
  12. Participate in project planning and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient completion of data analysis projects.
  13. Stay compliant with industry regulations and privacy laws while handling sensitive customer data.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve data collection and analysis methods to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of data-driven insights.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on customer experience data and provide guidance to stakeholders on data-related matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Data Analytics Experience: A Lead Cx Data Analyst At Vanguard Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics And A Strong Understanding Of Statistical Methods And Tools.

  • Expertise In Customer Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Customer Experience Metrics And Methodologies, Such As Net Promoter Score (Nps) And Customer Satisfaction (Csat), And How To Collect, Analyze, And Interpret Customer Feedback.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Lead Cx Data Analyst Should Possess Advanced Skills In Data Management, Data Mining, And Data Visualization Tools, Such As Sql, Python, Tableau, And Power Bi.

  • Leadership And Team Management: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Data Analysts, Providing Direction, Guidance, And Mentoring To Ensure High-Quality Deliverables And Efficient Workflow.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Lead Analyst, Effective Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential To Convey Complex Data Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Influence Decision-Making At The Executive Level.
