1. Lead and coach cross-functional teams in the agile methodology to deliver high-quality software solutions.
2. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives for the team.
3. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and define project scope and requirements.
4. Ensure the team is following agile principles and practices, and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and delivery.
5. Identify and remove any impediments that may prevent the team from achieving their goals.
6. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
7. Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of software solutions.
8. Ensure the team is adhering to Vanguard's IT policies and procedures.
9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the team's processes and practices.
10. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in agile methodology.
12. Provide guidance and support to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
13. Act as a liaison between the development team, product owners, and other stakeholders.
14. Encourage a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.
15. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.
