- Provide technical support and solutions for the executive team and event staff.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Executive & Event Support team.
- Ensure all IT equipment and systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment and software.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the IT support process.
- Train and mentor team members on IT processes and procedures.
- Communicate with executives and event staff to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure a seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Monitor and maintain the security and confidentiality of all executive and event-related data.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the performance and progress of the Executive & Event Support team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT support.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
- Handle any other IT-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Strong Technical Background And Experience In Desktop Support, Including Troubleshooting, Network Connectivity, And Hardware/Software Installation And Maintenance.
Proven Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team Of It Support Professionals And Overseeing Day-To-Day Operations Of A Support Department.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Executives And High-Level Clients In A Professional Manner.
Experience In Event Support And Managing Technology Needs For Large-Scale Events, Including Setting Up And Troubleshooting Audio/Visual Equipment, Coordinating With Vendors, And Managing Technical Support For Event Attendees.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Emerging Trends In Desktop Support, As Well As Experience Implementing And Managing New Technologies And Tools To Improve Efficiency And Productivity.
