Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in investments and operations, as well as an understanding of the investment process and regulations.The Investment Operations Associate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to our investment team, clients, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work on a wide range of activities related to the processing and maintenance of investments.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in investments and operations. They should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and be highly organized and detail-oriented. 1. Provide timely and accurate information and updates to our investment team, clients, and other stakeholders.
2. Process and maintain investments in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of financial instruments and regulations.
4. Work collaboratively with our investment team to identify and resolve issues.
5. Monitor changes and updates in the investment industry and apply them to our processes.
6. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Prepare and present reports to upper management as needed.
8. Develop and implement operational best practices to improve efficiency.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
10. Support the compliance and risk management processes.
